At Scarlett Wellness we practice counselling from a holistic approach that includes a range of activities and services. Along with traditional therapy, we provide animal assisted therapy, art therapy, walk and talk sessions, movement in session, and counselling in the kitchen. By including positive activities in the counselling experience, we enhance the mind body connection and increase wellbeing.

Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) helps foster emotional regulation and building trust. Through the inclusion of our specially trained therapy animals, I aim to create a nurturing environment where clients can approach their experiences and emotions in a safe and supportive space. The bond created between you and animals help in your healing journey. At Scarlett Wellness our dedicated canines, Glen and Ginny, and our horses, Alex, Annie, and Crystal are here to provide you with support and unconditional love.

We offer sessions that include walking, yoga, art, and cooking/baking as part of your counselling sessions. Our location includes private walking trails, space for forest bathing, various fitness equipment, art supplies, and kitchen facilities for creating an immersive counselling experience that incorporates mind and body.
